The erosion of the practise and principle of disclosure within the Scottish Judicial System basically highlights the fact that the system cannot claim that justice is being done and is seen to be done. Transparency and disclosure are required in the just prosecution of crime. Nothing more, nothing less.

After speaking to Brendan Dixon's Legal team they do not think he will get what he wants from the Privy Council, But him going there will help others in the future on Disclosure.

The verdict will not be back till sometime in October.
