The Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission has referred to the High Court the case
of Jason Alexander Jordan in respect of his sentence. Mr Jordan was convicted at
Edinburgh High Court on the 8 February 2006 of a contravention of the Civic
Government (Scotland) Act 1982 section 52(1)(a). His appeal against sentence was heard
on 6 June 2006 and subsequently refused
