FORMER boxer Scott Harrison is appealing against his four-month jail sentence for drink-driving.

His lawyer Phil McWilliams lodged an appeal at Glasgow Sheriff Court earlier this week.

The 31-year-old is serving 10 months in prison - four of which are for the driving offence.

Last week, Harrison was sentenced to two months for attacking his girlfriend Stacy Gardner and PC Scott Ventesei.

On the same day, he got four months for drink-driving and two for breaching a bail curfew.

And on Monday, a sheriff added two months for another assault.
