We are a work in progress and information will continue to be added. If you have any information then please feel free to add it.

If you click the Scottish Flag it takes you to a list of Scottish Newspapers.

Another aim is to have the information people in this terrible situation need and the information they need in order to assist themselves and their campaigners.

Thank you for creating the new site for all known injustice cases. I hope this overhaul will be a good way to make the public, politicians and media aware of the unfairness that exists within the current Scottish Justice system. There are so many of us suffering in different ways.

My hope is that we all come together and start the discussion about what can be done to achieve a system that is worthy this great country. One and one we might be weak but by working together for that goal I am certain we can make a change.

Welcome to Scotched Justice Empty
PostSubject: Write to Alex Salmond & Kenny MacAskill about your injustice...   Welcome to Scotched Justice EmptyMon Sep 08, 2008 1:22 pm

Hi seekers of the truth and justice in Scotland (and beyond),

For personal reasons, I will make but one contribution to this injustice forum...

This is just to suggest (though many of you will have already done this) to write to Alex Salmond MSP / MP, First Minister of Scotland, and Kenny MacAskill MSP, Scotland's Cabinet Secretary FOR JUSTICE (a misnomer if ever there was one!), about your case of Scottish injustice or cases of Scottish injustice you feel strongly about. And remember to let readers know how they respond to your pleas, cries and (very often) screams for help. It is important that fellow injustice victims and the wider public know the kind of men they really are and what their idea of "Scotched Justice" is.

Details for both men here :

Alex Salmond MSP / MP, First Minister of Scotland

Kenny MacAskill MSP, Cabinet Secretary FOR JUSTICE (ahem!)
http://www.scottish.parliament.uk/msp/membersPages/kenny_macaskill/contact.htm

I wish everyone seeking the truth and justice in Scotland well. Believe me when I say; you'll need all the luck, strength, fight, determination, tenacity and will in the world to achieve it in Scotland ... especially from these two "gentlemen" ... who are ultimately the two where the change has to come from.

Best of luck with your fights for the truth and justice in Scotland ... where "Scotched Justice" is indeed rife today.

(Definitely not Mel Gibson or William Wallace ... but I do have a Brave Heart!).

Welcome to Scotched Justice Empty
PostSubject: Hello   Welcome to Scotched Justice EmptyMon Nov 17, 2008 9:26 pm

I discovered this forum while researching injustices in Scotland.

I am interested in studying why miscarriage of justices happen.

I have found some very useful information on this site and I will look through the cases to see which one/ones I can perhaps work with for my project.

I hope to take part in this forum if there is anyone out there who would like to discuss this topic and offer ideas and advice.

Thank you

Welcome and thank you for your comments.

The cases I have been reading a lot about are:

www.williegage.blogspot.com

Patrick Docherty and Brendan Dixon. The site below is run by Patrick Docherty's family. Brendan's family are making their own site.

Good Luck with the project and if we can help please yell

If you have any questions please ask.

Are you this same person http://www.jeffrandall.co.uk/blog.asp

Mr Allan Johnson You should hide your face in shame you are a disgrace to all seeking justice.
