Bluebell murder case reviewed
The two men convicted of the Bluebell woods murder in 1986 have had their case referred back to the High Court.
Iain Murray and Brian Wilson were found guilty of strangling Alison Wilson, 20, in Bluebell Woods, Drumchapel, Glasgow.
The case is being looked at by the Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC), which investigates potential miscarriages of justice.
It was claimed that Alison had caught the men, one of them her half-brother, committing an indecent act.
A murder investigation was launched when Alison's body was found by children on 23 May 1986.
Murray and Wilson, both teenagers at the time, launched special defences of alibi when the trial began on 23 September 1986, claiming they were in each other's company on the night Alison died.
They were found guilty of her murder on 10 October that year.
Murray was detained without limit of time and Wilson was detained for life.
